APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

Applications for Japanese visas are being accepted as usual.

 

 Please refer to the “Supplementary Information on Documents to be Submitted” on the website of the Embassy of Japan in the Philippines for details on the various documents to be submitted.

 

All documents required by the Japanese side can now be submitted as A4 paper copies.
Original documents on the Philippine side are required as before.

OPERATING HOURS / DOWNLOAD FORMS

We will apply for and receive the application at the Visa Center.


When the application documents are ready, the applicant should bring the documents with him or her to the Office.


If the applicant lives outside Metro Manila, the LBC can mail the application. Please contact us if you wish to apply by mail.

Please note that we do not accept applications sent directly from Japan.
